Alicia Robertson, Owner and President
Ms. Robertson is committed to provide every client a customized service by drawing on her transportation knowledge and construction project communication skills. She has extensive experience with regional, national and international airports working in tandem with key stakeholders, community leaders, business owners, Federal, State and Civic government agencies, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors. She specializes in process, issue resolution and message development to promote public awareness and environmental sustainability in transportation programs.
Kelly Phelps, Communication and Coordination
Ms. Phelps is dedicated to the detailed management of communication dissemination and coordination amongst a vast range of projects. She specializes in aviation knowledge with airport construction projects, communication notices and public outreach programs.
Michelle Stewart, Communication and Coordination
Ms. Stewart is skilled at construction project messaging and takes great pride in working side-by-side with Project Managers, Contractors and Tenants. She is committed to each project and works to ensure communication flows from pre-construction to project finish.
Mark Henry, Production and Development
Mr. Henry is focused on sign development programs to provide increased customer support, timely installation and quality control. His technical experience combined with a commitment to service provides clients a comprehensive sign process to maximize efficiency in fabrication, construction and documentation.
Jenny Robertson, Accounting and Human Resources
Ms. Robertson provides clients a human approach to accounting and business management. She is experienced with procedure development, budget analysis, proposal submittals, collateral creation and personnel development. She understands the importance of managing the details without giving up customer service.
Anne Bortowski, Office Operations
Ms. Bortowski provides the knowledge and experience to keep PSM² business on track. She develops systems and processes, policies and procedures to streamline daily office operations. Anne’s eye for detail is key to tracking and maintaining electronic filing with documentation systems and database development and maintenance.
Fabien Badilla, Graphics and Production
Mr. Badilla excels in the execution of graphic designs, sign production, and website development to provide clients creative solutions which visually support and communicate throughout the project. His attention to detail and emphasis on uncompromising quality is evident in the signs, project maps, banners and collateral materials he designs.
Colby Kahl, Customer Relations
Mr. Kahl is committed to assisting with the development and coordination of client projects. With experience in special events and conference planning, his focus is on client relations. Colby efficiently and effectively addresses your needs, start to finish.
Spencer Quigley, Construction Communication
Mr. Quigley is committed to maintaining positive client relations with daily contact. He takes pride in addressing customer needs on-site by providing field services including production and delivery of signage, maintenance and distribution of barriers and notification flyers.
Amber Gerken, Construction Communication
Ms. Gerken is dedicated to the development of creative internal outreach methods for construction and maintenance publications. Her ability to collect and distribute information and construction knowledge ensures detailed communication of activity impacts between projects and stakeholders.
Nancy Hendrix, Construction Communication
Ms. Hendrix demonstrates PSM²’s commitment to customer service by leading on-site quality control and coordination. Her attention to detail is outstanding, along with her knowledge of way-finding systems and construction specifications. Ms. Hendrix has a knack for working as a liaison with the stakeholder and the contractor.
